If I was underwriter and I liked the story (and was happy to bend the rules) I'd keep the stock low, scare the punters away and collect a bundle of cheap stock at $0.35.
My view is to buy buy buy here - reckon you will see it run nicely post raising as its let off the reigns. Very comfortable that it will go through as planned.
