Now that John Wilson is CEO, does anyone know what Ken Ting's role, job description and key performance indicators are?

We are paying him an awful lot of money, presumably for doing something for the company. I've not seen any tangible outputs, other than repeatedly botched ASX announcements.

And does Mark Bouris work full time for TZ for his handsome salary? If not, how much time does he spend working for TZ? What is his effective hourly rate?

I'm disinclined to invest more in TZ to see so much spent on its Australian head office & richly rewarded executives, whose roles & specific contributions are at best poorly defined.
