I looked up the Demerger Scheme Booklet and on page 15
Point 12 it states:
"Eligible Shareholders will receive one Echo Share for
every Tabcorp Share they hold at the Scheme Record
Date, which is expected to be at 7pm (AEST) on Friday,
10 June 2011."
If that is the case you would certainly get a lot more
value buying TAH before that date.
Something doesn't sound right though.
I think there is more to it....
