Bio, as far as I am concerned, a deal has been finalised and possibly many or all at the company will lose their positions/jobs and are being given a sweetener for when it all happens. (they have no cash to pay termination bonuses)

The question is: exactly WHAT form will the deal take? Going by the way the price went up at the end of the day, the way I see it, many may be assuming a complete buy out of the company! I tend to agree, given the announcements today.

All conjecture on my part................will have to hang in a bit longer, I just hope we(s h's) aren't shafted at the end. Can't wait for this 12 year fiasco (for me) to come to an end ........have had a gut full, would just like to get on with my severely curtailed retirement......... It wasn't supposed to play out like this!
