if u had a substantial shareholding u can sell and buy up to the 19.9% limit after that u need to launch a takeover offer unless someone has more shares. That said u can trade it if market depth exists up to 19.9% shareholding any time u want so its possible and probably but speculation that what u have posted may or may not occour or be occouring
