Prior to end of March , MS was totally unambiguous that he had until the end of March to complete the offshore deal. He actually took the bankers with him to Angola, apparently so that they could make quick decisions.

Then on the BRR 28 March.

He said “Thought we had till the end of March……but in fact we have more time up our sleeve…. to organise the finance”

..............................

So, is he just incompetent, not knowing how much time he has really got or was Falcon waiting on drill results in April so that they could negotiate a “revised" price.

If you were Falcon would you agree a price prior to a drill results?

Has this been the real reason for the delay since end of March?
Are we still negotiating?
