you will know its about to go when depth really increases. The buyers will be stacked and cross trades will begin. A flurry will occur an hour or so before any trading halt as the people "in the know" scramble for shares.
This is usually the case with small cap stocks. There are those that invest with belief in a company and there are those that know positive or negative news in on the way.
My guess is that it will be positive news
