    just bought some GBN. It looks cheap. New share holder. I must be missing something though:

    M.Cap $10 million,
    $8 million in cash
    Enterprise valuation of $2 million

    first half EBITDA of $1million.


    Looks cheap. Does anyone know anything that might add some value.
