NUrsery's comment re keeping a clear distinction between CER and CNP is worth repeating...even 100 times.
However I wonder if Capitains comment were tryin to addres the issue of ownership (current and potential) and therby inlfunece

I agree that CNP potentially could be 90% owned by the lenders (I will have to read up whether this is automatic on takeover).
I agree that CNP own 50 or 51% (I havent looked at which it is)of CER.
I agree that the largest creditors are the lenders.
That give large amount of potential ownership of CER to the lenders...but as regards influence that maybe slightly different...separate board now whic has obligation to look after shareholders both small and big.
