I've been thinking the same thing.

The only thing i can think of is that people and institutions might be concerned that CER owned properties are to be sold and that this might be at a discount (effecting NTA so share price) or that it might leave CER with no actual assets.

OR that even if the CER portfolio is sold at a good price and the company wound up that it might take ages to actually get any money from the company...

despite that im definitely holding and have this as more than 50% of my portfolio
