OK, so LAT will have circa $8M in cash after the placement and 423M shares on issue with 50M oppies.
Fully diluted market cap of $17M at 3.6c.
Cash component of $8M.
Market is pricing in $9M worth of blue sky for Middlemas.
No bargain but it all depends on what Middlemas intends to do with LAT.
