The Announcement stated that there is "A Material Capital Raising". So, that to me, doesn't mean that it is just a normal Capital raising, but a "Material One". That is the big, and very obvious difference.
To me, that could mean a JV of some sort where someone will buy a stake in the Company in exchange for having been allowed to participate in our operations. While possibly be at a premium as well, or at the last SPP.
