Maybe the trading halt is for the material capital raising but they are also working on plans for the next course of action which could in fact include a JV or farmin.
So the material capital raising was necessary but also used as a smokescreen for the cracker Ann.
Wouldn't these sophisticated investors know what would happen if there was bad or no other news, that the SP would suffer.
There must be something positive coming.
