I may well be wrong but I don't think SI people can get shares at a discount to market unless ordinary share holders also get same offer?
So if I am correct the company may be so
Confident from last SPP that they are proceeding with another?
If so though dilution there will be
money in bank to finance more activities on what seems a lay down mizarre??
