Maybe what you missed is that the expectation on HC is that another $4.1 worth of shares are being issued. Posters who are registered SIs (sophisticated Investors) have claimed/stated that Paterson's are offering an extra bundle of shares, I believe it is at the same price of 5.5 cents.
The other two annoncements today, the 3B and the director's holdings are unrelated to the suspension as there are business related to the spp of the 25th of January.

The truth of all this should be known before trade on Monday 6th February as stated on page 2 of the Suspension announcement.

Yes you are right there is a lot of negativity posted on the CTP threads that tends to down grade the quality of information and knowledge that could be passed around. It's tedious to have to wade through inane and backbiting comments.

CTP has flowed oil to the surface using cutting edge technology. This will be the beginning of a major new oil province if the company has in deed stuck its drill bit in to a sizeable oil resource.

I tried to start up a constructive conversation about the prospects and possibilities that are unfolding for CTP, the company and its shareholders, in my thread "change of plans" . But if interesting holders and readers don't add to the conversation and leave it to the GO's and the liketo dominate all threads then we will keep getting unreadable dross.

CTP could be holding the most under valued energy leases for a company its size in the whole world. The next couple of months could start this company on to a very positive trajectory. A good outcome for the long term flow tests of Surprise would establish a solid cash flow. Success at BKP's South Georgina leases will revalue the entire Georgina region and the frackking there is targeted for April/May.

CTP has sufficient funds to make a huge splash in the next several months.
