It not the asset that pull this donkey down, it s good asset in the wrong hands that turn investor away from this stock. It s the management inability to materialise the asset value that troubled investors. You can sit a million years on pile of dirt and it still a pile of dirt unless you know how to turn that pile of dirt into usefull thing.
