    that 20M is only enough to fund PLA CEO lifestyle. With the share price of 8c and market cap of 40M and the CEO pay package of 500K+ that s hard to swallow for share holders. That pay package was there when PLA sp was @$3+ now sp @8c shouldn't the CEO's pay package get a haircut too?
