Guys,
I think we need to put TON's announcement into perspective.... Below is the comparison with MNS.


Lets also keep in mind MNS has an option to extend the Sinosteel for another 5 years increasing revenues even further.
MNS also has 90% of the plant setup funded, TON does not.
TON has share dilution to come with the $20M loan.
There is a very good / high chance that MNS will beat them into production, thus creating value for their SH's before TON can.

So on paper, TON's ann is good, but not as good as MNS.........Unfortunately the market "hype" will make it run.
