Forgive me and f I'm wrong but don't GPR get the overwhelming majority of the project by spending on the project and kulu will be left with a extremely minor holding if GPR exercise there rights under the original deal. All GPR are trying to do is pickup kulu for less than there earn in fee . As a holder of kulu you would just be benefiting yourself by holding shares in the bigger brother in the project should the takeover get up . It will cost less as a whole and you as kulu shareholders maintain a bigger interest in the project . If I was a kulu shareholder I would accept . But I probably would say that as a long term GPR holder . Anyway would love others opinions on the above but to me it's a win win deal for all involved apart from the directors of kulu who will probably get the shift further reducing overheads . Sentiment is sell to Gpr for mine
