    But would it not make sense then to just sell you KGD shares and to buy GPR shares instead?

    Say if you have 100,000 KGD shares, you could right now sell them at $0.03 = $3000.
    With $3000 you could then buy 78,950 shares at $0.038 (current sell order, but last trade $0.034).

    If you take the GPR deal you get 100,000 / 1.4723 = 67,920 shares.

    Deal doesn't look terribly attractive, does it? While you'll have to pay transaction fees, you end up with 11,000 additional shares...
