In my opinion it's the best way forward for kgd shareholders . The only reason your directors don't agree with the bid is they want to keep mining there directors fees ( my opinion again) . I see what you mean by you may get diluted down the track but Gpr have advanced a project that kgd couldnt do anything with . If you get diluted and Gpr are 30 or 4o cents and have built a world class project would you be unhappy . Anyway I'm a Gpr holder so I guess I look at thing differently.
