Not much use Googling Billis. He is indeed a mysterious fellow but Google won’t record his 30 years of work absolutely dedicated to ensuring all TBR and RND shareholders get their full value from the Kundana tenements.
He identified the tenements and has worked ever since to ensure that their value is realised. For most of this time the operation has been run on the smell of an oily rag and even now Board benefits are modest, particularly for companies in this sector.
Billis has been unswerving in resisting overtures from the brokers, financiers and other assorted parasites who would love to get their claws into the companies and dilute the shareholders. This, coupled with some very good management, has made these companies fairly rare in that they are among approximately only 40 mining companies on the ASX which pay dividends. And about 60M shares on issue in each!
Billis has faced some adversity arising from his distain for brokers et al but has taken it in his stride.
