am i missing something

Dingo and Raks, thanks for your very informative posts on this company. Its good to see I am amongst some intelligent investors here.

I can not believe that this company is so cheap, market capital 14 million, already earning, there is plenty of room to grow.

I honestly can not see the risk in this company given its current market cap, and earnings ratio and was wondering if you could tell me what I am missing as I assume there must be a substantial risk otherwise this company would be close to its fair value (circa $40 million.)
