Ron you're not missing anything - it's the lynch mob posting on this thread that miss just about everything - Norm buying in is a huge vote of confidence and affirmation of faith in the progress of JRV and it's management. Note Norm started buying in (I think - check me...) after the announcement a few months back (Dec?) about the technological breakthrough with the acid recovery - looking forward to the report next week from CSIRO.
