Teddy 15 a month is now just a normal month. With 2 installations crews 15 a month is the expectation. Since they got the 2 full crews fully operation in July, 14 installs has been the lowest month.
California legislation SB 780 will cause a rush of cities to sign up this month. Expecting 6 to 10 which will add around 150 more installs to the backlog, bring it to 350 plus. Even at 15 a month this is almost 2 years of work. My expectation is that sometime late next year will move to 22 installs amonth(3 crews).
Margins dont drop, with more installs they increase dramatically. I think you should talk to a accountant if you dont understand this .
So i suggest you use 15 a month going to 22 with increased margins in your model and see if you still think the price is not low.
Also you should scan the web and read about SB 780.
