It seems that Michlemore is working hard to get this MM offer over the line..... no wonder. He stated he will be postioned nicely with them in working to secure other purchases, as well as the issue of them taking over any legal problems that (should) arise.
Isn't this a blatant conflict of interest?
He is not representing the shareholders interest, only his own!
How does he get away with this?
