As too HE Nuclear, PXA and Martin Place securities.
I would imagine that within the prospectus of the investment vehicle that MPS launched with PXA they would have indicated how the proceeds of their funds could be utilised.
As I understand it, so long as no ASIC regulations are breached, they may be able to apply the proceeds of there PXA sale (18 million) towards HE Nuclear in total, in part there of and it would be interesting to know how the prospectus was worded and if those investors in PXA have been approached in relation to HE Nuclear? if there was some package deal as such? if there has been any allocation from the sale etc...?? just fishing a bit as I do remember someone indicating they may have been a direct investor via pxa.
