Vertigo, this may not enter the mind of Ian who holds very few shares but it will certainly be in the mind of Martin Blakeman who is the largest share holder and the cheif beneficiary of this new allocation.
Cygnet will be chaffing at the bit to get this up so their preferd holders will be showing good gains, its vital for Cygnets credibility as a provider of funding/share placements
