Once again, i think i am not capable of reading these notices correctly.
I read the notices as there having been options already issued some time in the past, and some person has decided to convert them to new shares.
But it does not seem to say who the person is, or how many options exist.
Also the timing seems extremely coincidental... just so happens that someone converts options the very same day that a "Fundraiser" was predicted.
Unless a "Vwap" Is a predicted day of option conversion?

I am pretty sure there is egg on my face from this message. I am ignorant of this subject, but not intentionally.
All beginners guides i find for this space are too basic (Not specific enough). And are geared for the US Market. (How to read Imperial stock prices) *Shudder*
But they do not actually explain how to read these types of announcements.

And i am sure these things are well explained, in page 400 of some thread on this site from 2009. But i cant spend 6 months reading all comments on all threads on all stocks.

Is there like an "Idiots guide" To reading ASX notices?
Much of the language on these notices is not conventional English, And i feel like studying at university to learn this stuff would actually make me dumber.
Any good book recommendations?
