Etrade was shocking for both access and customer service. You could frequently wait for over an hour to get access to the site, usually right on 10am. You would be put in a pretty bad situation not being able to trade and when you rang to find out what was going on and how they could compensate, the only response was "we're sorry".
The only reason to still sign into ANZ Share Investing is that they display Chi-X information and the other platforms I use don't.
