Truly NC, take it from me......I did more than 400K back in 2000....plus had a run in with the ATO (see tax effective investment schemes) which cost me 70K pls and ultimately had to kate on very thin ice to have my parents family home released by NAB bank as guarantee for my Company at the time.
The folks got their house back (just), but I ended up 'going thru the hoop'...that is bankrupt (personally and with the Company) and thought about necking myself daily!!! Literally I went from hundreds and thousands to boiled lollies overnight!
Nowadays, yep, I have beld badly in the last 12 months.....done 80% (120k) of a highly speculative leveraged portfolio....and I will start again....and again....and again....and again....until I get it right.
And this time...maybe...I migt do all those things I know I should be doing but never do....because I let emotion and greed get in the way!! lol:-)
