Hope by NC stating his thoughts he has taken the first step to managing.
Most of us don't get the luxury of having a discussion with depressed people...we just get the devastating results.
We are never alone...there are always those that understand and sympathize even when sympathy seems an empty intrusion.
Hollow words at the moment but time does heal...if it's allowed to.
Great to read so many positive people on this thread regardless of circumstance and thank you to everyone for their words of support for all that are suffering
