I would like to thank everyone who has posted on this thread in the past 24 hours - it has really helped me.
I took today off work and had a good long think about my life and came to the realisation that money isn't everything - family and friends and good health is. That is what I will be concentrating on for the foreseeable future.
I will probably lose all the money I still have invested. It is not worth selling now. Put them away in the bottom drawer and forget about them. What will be will be. Thanks to everyone for shaking me out of my rut and making me realise that.
I will be forever grateful. I reckon you have saved my life - literally.
