I don't know how old you are, but here is something for you to remember if you save 20000 for 15 years in a fixed term deposit for 15 years you may have $400000 in cash with interest calculated in, this will give you an income stream of around $400 a week at 5% interest and at today interest rates of about 8% you will get $600 a week. So though you have lost a bit of money, work hard, save hard and you will achieve.
