I've had my eye on Brambles these past couple of months having examined its financials (which I really like) but I am still not prepared to pull the trigger at these levels.
Pardon my ignorance, how do the chep pellets business work because as far as I can make out anyone can put together the pellets and bypass renting them from Brambles? Given the simplicity of the pellets, why aren't there more competitors to Brambles? Is it the economies of scale and supply chain infrastructure that Brambles has as its special sauce?
