    I'm still trying to wrap my head around the chep pellet business and why it is as profitable as it is, at least on paper anyway. For me, those chep pellets seem like a very simple product that a competitor could put together and compete against Brambles. It's not a gargantuan effort similar to what Compaq faced in the 80's when they had to reverse engineer IBM's BIOS to make a fully IBM compatible PC, to make those pellets.

    Their document archiving business (Recall) in the early 2000's also appeared to have no barriers to entry.

    I suspect its competitive advantage lies in its economies of scale
