Seems a lot of over-reacting here, sure the CR was poorly handled, but if they stated they were about to do it, surely the SP would have dropped and the same CR would have diluted holdings further? Additionally isn't a big show of faith in the company that institutional investors have already pumped $20m in at 70 cents per share each? I am sure they are all expecting a return on their money which leads me to believe this is on its way much higher.
