Maybe longer term sure, but I'm expecting sp to tumble a little after the sale to current shareholders as i can't really see much happening in USA over the winter snowy periods in USA. Big new holders in the placement already know the sp might fall short term because if they wanted bigger holdings they would have needed to push sp much higher than 90 cents so the short term drop would not bother them if it happens over a short term. DYOR only my opinion.
