Bottom line is that management is responsible for leaks, and if such a situation occurs they need to manage it.

CR's do not get thought of and finalised all of a sudden at a meeting one night (maybe an official decision is made at a meeting). They would have been considering this option for weeks and had to have researched and done due diligence.

The issue here was there statement saying 'they didn't need new capital' then 2 days propose a CR.

How did they think investors would interpret this?
