molonski...houses similar to mine are selling at the real value prices...not the 80,000 less prices... I am not comparing a 3 bdr 1 bath to a 4 bdr 2 bath etc....apple with apples this agent sold quite a few houses in july/august compared to the other agents....however I believe they were inferior houses, in inferior locations...and probably over priced..but they sounded cheap...old weatherboards with fibro...not updated for a long time..some with original fittings from the 1950's....you would need to spend a load of money to update them to match the other houses we are comparing them on.....
