Kincella, I love reading your posts. You state the existing trend flawlessly. But you keep making the fatal assumption that because the trend exists, it will continue forever and beyond any logical limits.
My Example: Because I have lived to 90, I can expect to live another 90 years!
Your Example: Because the heads/house have been decreasing for decades, it will continue until infinitely until, in the year 2090, each person will occupy 10 dwellings simultanesouly.
I think PennyO has tried to point this out to property bulls, before.
