It is not too late in my opinion. There is a similarity with AGS on the new grant next to Rossing. With AGS, they have drilled and confirmed that Beverley extends. With EXT, a similar situation could eventuate with an extension of Rossing. AGS will reap the benefits of existing infastructure and so too will EXT should the extension be proved up.
EXT imo has the potential similar to or greater than AGS.
