Same as other posters here, do your own research, don’t jump in if you’re not comfortable. Non-one here will say yes jump in now, cause it’ll ho south tomorrow , there is a good chance that you’d be screaming murder. A good friend of mine is playing the real estate market instead of stock and his favourite saying is ‘ Best time to buy or sell real estate is never’ There always will be corrections and we have to make our own decisions whether we are happy to live with them. I apologise if this comes across harsh, and to be honest I am a freshman with this stuff myself compared to most people here. So do your research and decide whether you’re happy to jump in or not.
