1) On Friday, ROG announced that 150m of shares relating to the purchase of Cydonia Resources in 2009 had been released from Escrow.
2) 97.5m of these escrow shares are owned by Energy Infrastructure and Resources Ltd

3) The Managing Director of Energy Infrastruture and Resources Ltd is Mr Rohan Gillespie, who is also the Managing Director of ROG.
4) On Monday, ROG releases its "Significance of Red Sky's Gas Reserves" announcement causing one of the highest share turnovers of the company all year. Several commentators have questioned the need for the announcement, as no new material was contained.
Let's wait and see who the sellers were...
