Lets assume we have "no more" than 1 fortnigh to complete and achieve the target.
Imagine today we are 5.30...
is not something reasonable to buy now and give to yourself a big chance that
a) if they doiscover something earlier..you have the shares..
b) if come one or 2 day before the next announcement and if you dont want to run a risk to new fortnight you just sell and probably between the current price and than will be no major differences(if nothing major happens)
Is not an amazing opportunity to be in in positive case ?
