Probably best directed to Filby, but how many outstanding Oppies are there?  How about Anteo call them in (by invitation) - including Bergen's.  

To be frank after last CR given the particpation rate, an SPP or similar would just add cost and fall short again.  If they go down that track, maybe 1st buyback all the unmarketable parcels and bundle them up for an instu or SI.

In RM 'loan activity' discussions was there any hint as to wind up expectations?
