It has happened before..
Good to see that they have a plan to extract themselves from the mire of debt, and are not counting directly on price of U to get there. Once again my only concern is how much the bondholders get to take, thankfully I don't own much yet..
If they keep it together to 2019 2020 it should look very rosy indeed.
There is still risk involved of course, deals can fall through, so DYOR.
