I think it was poor of management not to put together a results presentation. Management commentary on the results refers to normalised expectations for full year results, as well as strong organic growth, without presenting quantifiable information on the above.

Simply referring to raw stat number growth, when the business has grown in part through M&A is rather meaningless information without some information on:

• the actual organic growth of the business

• what the results would have looked like had Gemini been part of AMA for full 1H16 period.
