More self determination by the Aboriginal Hierarchy has always finished in disaster and massive misappropriation of public monies with the rank and file Aboriginal far worse off. At the end of the day after much soul searching and recriminations all the blame of its abject failure will once again fall back onto the shoulders of the White Taxpayer and the circle will start all over again. A sure sign of insanity is repeating the same mistake over and over again, always expecting a different result each time.
