    the only way would be to acquire already established shops/chains, as AMA themselves have done. Smash repairers are busy and in demand. Getting screwed both ends, from the insurers ( sound like they are being strong in negotiations and prepared to loose business to get better rates, still a lot of work to do. At what, 10% of market you do get some negotiating weight I’d think) . Then you got the labour who think they’re special because in demand with little respect for the buisness that just comes along buying every up. Doing things at speed in scale like this has a cost. You may have (ex) shop owners /managers who could well by takin the piss with their mates. Glossy magazines and flyers might make nice impressions but it ain’t shinny behind those doors.
